We do thorough background checks on each resident before admittance and have an interview process including a meet and greet for potential residents. This is a decision made about the environment of the house, to make sure it’s a good fit for the current residents and the potential residents who have applied.

Our Sober Living Home
Our founder is a person in long term recovery from substance use herself. She worked in the addiction treatment field and saw a need for better sober living options for women in our valley. The Hummingbird House’s purpose is to provide a high caliber, safe place for women to recover. The women in our homes are serious about their own recovery from substance use disorder and want to connect with other like minded women and change their lives. Our zero tolerance policy allows our homes to be safe and sober for all the residents. This isn’t a choice about the person, it’s about the environment.
